Shipping

We process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of our beauty products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will review your case. Approved returns will be issued store credit only, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to the carrier to resolve the issue.
